These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the services provided by Latterly ("we", "us", "our") at 118 Phaya Thai Road, Thanon Phaya Thai, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400, Thailand. Please read them carefully before booking or using any Latterly service. By booking a session, purchasing a toolkit, or enrolling in a series, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Definitions

"Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any booking confirmation.
"Services" — the Paperwork Overview Session, Personal Filing Toolkit, and Information Evening Series offered by Latterly, as described on our website and booking materials.
"User" / "You" — any individual who books, purchases, or participates in a Latterly service.
"We / Us / Our" — Latterly, operating from the address above.
"Content" — all written materials, checklists, reference cards, folder labels, and other resources produced and provided by Latterly.
"Session" — a scheduled one-to-one or group meeting delivered in person at Latterly's premises.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking or purchasing a service from Latterly, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or are acting with the consent of a legal guardian.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You have read and understood these Terms.

If you are booking on behalf of another person (e.g. an elderly family member), you confirm that you have authority to enter this Agreement on their behalf and that they have been informed of its contents.

3. Service description

Latterly currently offers three services:

Paperwork Overview Session (฿3,700) — a one-to-one session of approximately 90–120 minutes focused on sorting and labelling personal retirement documents. Organisational help only.
Personal Filing Toolkit (฿10,900) — a physical folder system with pre-printed labels, checklists, and reference cards, together with a 45-minute setup session and 30 days of email follow-up support. An organisational tool only.
Information Evening Series (฿27,000) — six group evening sessions over three weeks, with printed resource materials. Educational and informational in nature.

Services are delivered in person at Latterly's premises in Bangkok. Availability is subject to scheduling and cohort capacity. Remote delivery is not currently offered.

4. Scope limitation — important

Latterly provides administrative and educational services only. We do not provide, and are not authorised to provide:

Financial advice of any kind, including pension planning or investment recommendations
Legal advice or legal representation
Tax advice
Actuarial or benefit calculation services
Any form of representation with or on behalf of pension providers, government departments, or financial institutions

Nothing communicated by Latterly — in sessions, in writing, or verbally — should be treated as advice. Participants requiring personalised professional guidance should consult a suitably qualified independent adviser.

5. User responsibilities

You agree to:

Attend booked sessions at the scheduled time, or provide reasonable notice of cancellation (see Section 8)
Bring only documents that belong to you or to a person on whose behalf you are attending with their informed consent
Not request or expect advice, assessments, or representations beyond the stated scope of the service
Use Latterly's materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Treat facilitators and other participants with courtesy and respect

6. Intellectual property

All written materials, checklists, reference cards, folder systems, and other content produced by Latterly remain the intellectual property of Latterly. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use materials purchased as part of a service for your own organisational purposes.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, or otherwise reproduce Latterly materials without prior written permission.

7. Payment

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of booking confirmation. Latterly accepts payment by bank transfer and major debit or credit cards. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations by you:

Cancellations received more than 7 days before the scheduled service: full refund.
Cancellations received 3–7 days before: 50% refund.
Cancellations received fewer than 3 days before, or non-attendance without notice: no refund.
For the Evening Series, cancellations after the first session has taken place are non-refundable for the remaining sessions.

Cancellations by Latterly:

If Latterly cancels a session for any reason, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered at your choice.
If an Evening Series is cancelled mid-cohort due to unforeseen circumstances, a pro-rata refund will be offered for sessions not yet delivered.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided in good faith and to the best of Latterly's administrative knowledge. However:

Latterly makes no representation that document organisation or informational content will result in any particular outcome in relation to your retirement.
Retirement documentation requirements vary between individuals and over time. Latterly's materials are general in nature and may not reflect every individual circumstance.
Latterly does not verify the authenticity or completeness of documents brought to sessions by participants.
Information provided in sessions and materials is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, Latterly's total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or a service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.

Latterly shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage, including loss of financial opportunity, arising from use of our services or reliance on our materials.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by Latterly's negligence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Latterly, its staff, and facilitators from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of Latterly's services or materials.

12. Termination

Latterly may decline to provide a service or refuse entry to a session if a participant is behaving in a manner that is disruptive, abusive, or inconsistent with the stated scope of services. In such cases, no refund will be due for any portion of a session already commenced.

Sections 4, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination of this Agreement.

13. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution informally by contacting [email protected]. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, with Bangkok as the agreed venue.

Consumer rights under Thailand's Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and subsequent amendments are not affected by these Terms.

14. General provisions

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the relevant service.
Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement. Latterly may assign its obligations to a successor entity.

15. Changes to these Terms

Latterly may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. For bookings already confirmed, the Terms in force at the time of booking apply. For future bookings, the Terms in force at the time of each new booking apply.
